So convenient to everything and even within steps to a vaporetto stop

Stayed here for 4N in small double room. Hotel is located along the canal. Very safe, quiet, clean and conveniently located within 10 mins walking distance to train station and 2 mins from vaporetto stop. Due to its convenient location, we did not have to take any vaporetto or water taxi throughout our stay. The room was indeed very small but amazingly, it was able to fit everything a traveller needs - ensuite toilet, cupboard, fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, cups, tea, table, chair, hangers, toothbrush, shower gel cum shampoo, shower cap, sewing kit, shaving kit, towels, bathroom slippers, bedside tables and TV. The window overlooks a small alley. The attention to detail is excellent. There are many good eateries with 5 mins walk from the hotel. Bar Alle Guglie Cichetteria for a drink, Majer Venezia Ghetto for breakfast and Al Parlamento for dinner and drinks. There is a Despar supermarket within 5 mins walk and a Coop supermarket within 10 mins walk. It was a wonderful stay at Venice.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The daily housekeeping was thorough and discreet. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff – extremely helpful and always smiling. Any questions or minor issues were resolved quickly and with great care for our comfort. We truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with excellent service and a fantastic location.

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and well equipped. The air conditioning worked well and kept us nice and cool despite the boiling temperatures outside. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them for a few hours after we checked out. Location was excellent. Easy to find and close to restaurants, shops and the train station.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The recommended restaurant was wonderful. We enjoyed the stay! Would recommend for all visiting Venice.

Location was great and in a nice area away from the main tourist hotspots but with lots of nice restaurants and sights nearby. Direct water bus from the airport to just a few meters away was ideal (tip: don't wait in the queue at the airport - just walk on down and use the machine - can take a while in the queue, but we were lucky in that they put an extra boat on - I'd still allow for 30-60minutes in the queue however!). Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. We had a room on 1st floor towards the back. The view wasn’t great however it was nice and quiet. There are horns blaring on the canal and we didn’t hear a thing. There is an empty fridge in the room so you can store food. Kettle, coffee machine- they give 2 pods daily. I loved the shower lighting, if you hold the switch down the colours change and you can select the colour you want. Daily room clean. Only 10 min walk from train station, easy. Few supermarkets within 5-10 mins. Canareggio is vibrant and busy. About 25 min walk to main area. There is a vaporetto stop very close by, but we walked everywhere. You pay the city tax on your check out. Overall reasonable price.

Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Location was great, very close to the train station and right next to the waterbus stop. Room was warm, bed was comfortable.

The place has obviously been renovated recently and the rooms and amenities reflect this. The room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The location is a short walk from the main train station. It is not too far from some local hot spots for food either. It is slightly further to walk to the main tourist attractions but in Venice, the walk is worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made checking in super easy. The bathroom lighting was a highlight.
